General
Uhana Design Oy (registration number: 2508257-5, address: Hämeenkatu 14 C 14, 33100 Tampere, Finland) sells products to companies and individuals. These terms of delivery are applied to your ordering from our web store and to the deliveries as well.
These terms of delivery are valid as from 23.1.2019. We have the right to change these terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time so please go them through each time and before you order from our web store.
Products and prices
The characteristics and the prices of the products in our web store are presented in each product presentation. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products and delivery expenses so please check the above amounts in the shopping basket before you accept the order. The prices of the products include the value added tax (VAT) and you can see the amount of VAT in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation. During checkout the prices are adjusted according to your location.
If the product or size is out of stock, it is possible to join the waitlist to be emailed if the product becomes available. We can not guarantee that chosen product or size will be restocked. When joining a waitlist, an account will be created using the given email address to receive waitlist communications by email.
Delivery expenses
The amount of the delivery expenses depend on the product itself (for example the weight and packaging) and the method of delivery chosen. The amount of the delivery expenses will be added automatically to the total amount of your order and you can see the amount of the delivery expenses in your shopping basket before you accept your order. The shipping is free in Finland for orders over 300€.

Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import customs and taxes, which are applied once your delivery reaches your country. Please contact your local customs service for further information. Uhana Design Oy is not accountable for any possible import taxes and/or duties. If you refuse to accept the delivery and this causes Uhana Design Oy additional cost, Uhana Design Oy has the right to deduct such costs from the amount refunded to you.
BREXIT: due to limited resources we do not deliver web store orders to UK for now.
Ordering and contract
You can order the products in our web store by adding them in to your shopping basket and by accepting your order and by paying it in the payment cashier. When ordering in our web store we require you to read and accept our terms of delivery valid at the time of ordering. You must understand that your accepted order confirmed by us (except to the extent as the cancellation right below may be applied) is binding and will form together with these terms of delivery a contract between us.
Payment
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Confirmation of order and payment
After your successful order we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail, so please make sure that you provide your correct e-mail address when making your order. In the order confirmation we also confirm your method of payment. In case, due to an unexpected circumstance, we cannot accept your order, we’ll inform you promptly.
Delivery
We will deliver your order via the delivery method set in our web store chosen by you when ordering. All domestic orders are delivered with Posti, Matkahuolto or DHL Express and international orders with Posti or DHL Express.
Finland:

Right to cancel and return of the delivery
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by notifying your cancellation to us at the latest 14 days after you have received the goods.
Fabrics sold at Uhana web store are made-to-order products and therefore they are non-returnable.
You must make your notification of cancellation clearly for example by using our cancellation notification form, by sending your notification to our e-mail address set out below, or by a written notification attached to your return delivery of the goods. Please contact first our customer service when returning goods outside Finland.
The right to cancel applies solely to when the goods returned shall respectively be set in their original package with tags on, be unused, and be well packaged for the return delivery
If the returned product has been part of a campaign in which a free product has been given at the time of the purchase, this free product must be returned in its original condition in connection with the returned product. If the free product is not returned, we will deduct the price of the product from the refund of the returned product.
If the value of the original order has exceeded the limit of free delivery, but after a partial return the value of the order remains below the limit of free delivery, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.
If you cancel your order you have to return the goods promptly and at the latest within 14 days after the cancellation notification, to the Return Address mentioned in these terms below. If needed you have to evidence that the goods are returned within the above mentioned return time (e.g. by showing the return receipt). If the return conditions are met, the return is free of charge for the customer. Free return only applies to one return shipment, for additional return shipments of the same order return costs 6,90€ will be deducted from the refund.
When returning the goods, please attach your name and your contact information. We will return such payment promptly to you in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Please be aware of the parcel storing times by Posti. If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point, the parcel will be returned to us and a processing fee of 10€ is charged from the Customer. If you have missed the last pick-up date, please contact our customer service webstore@uhanadesign.com. If not contacted our customer service, the order will be cancelled and the 10€ processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
A parcel can be re-shipped on request once.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange the ordered goods, we advise you to order the new product and return the original with above returning instructions. Products bought online can also be exchanged in Uhana stores, please check the availability beforehand. When exchanging goods in Uhana store, remember to take the delivery note with you.
Return policy outside Finland
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by notifying your cancellation to us at the latest 14 days after you have received the goods, or the last lot of the delivery, or if it is a question of regular deliveries of goods at the latest 14 days after you have received the first shipment.
Please contact our customer service webstore@uhanadesign.com and include your name, order number, contact details and which items you wish to return. We will send you the instructions and shipping label for the return.
Once we have checked the returned item(s), we will make the refund with the original payment method used when making the order.
Inspection of the delivery, errors and problems
Please inspect the delivery received promptly upon receipt. If a product is missing or damaged during the transport or if the delivery is otherwise not as you have ordered or if there is defect in the product, please notify this to our Customer service promptly and at the latest within 14 days so we can agree how to correct the situation. Regarding defects related to products ordered by consumers we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of liability
Uhana Design Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or other damage related to or arising from the order, delivery or the product, except to the extent as otherwise stipulated by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law or by the mandatory provisions of other applicable law.
Disputes
In case of any dispute regarding your order we wish to settle such primarily with you. So please contact our Customer service in such matters so we can try to settle the question.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices’ Consumer Advisory Service.
