Returns – How to Notify a Return

You can easily notify us of a return by logging into our online store using the email address you used when placing the order. You can log in via the button in the top right corner of the page or through the order confirmation email you received.

Select the order containing the items you wish to return and choose the products to be returned. Submit the return request via your order details, and you will receive return instructions by email.

You may also notify us of your return by email at webstore@uhanadesign.com.

General

You have the right to return your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Custom-made products, such as fabrics cut to measure, are not eligible for exchange or return.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, in saleable condition, and carefully packed for return shipment. If a returned product has been used contrary to the buyer’s statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge a depreciation fee up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

When returning an order, please include your name, contact details, and order number. Remember to request and keep the receipt and tracking number when dropping off your return parcel.

A return handling fee of €5.90 will be charged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with consumer protection law. We aim to process refunds within two weeks of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact webstore@uhanadesign.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. No handling fee is charged for exchanges.

Making a Return

Our return partner is PostNord. Once you have notified us of your return, you will shortly receive a return code from PostNord by email or text message. The return code may be either a barcode or an eight-digit numeric code.

If you receive a numeric code, you can return the parcel by clearly writing the code (eight digits) and your name on separate lines on the parcel using a permanent marker. Then take the parcel to a PostNord service point or parcel locker. Make sure that the original address label is removed or covered. Pack the shipment neatly and securely, for example by taping the package closed. Please also ensure that both the customer’s name and order number are included in the return.

Return Instructions

  1. Pack the items you wish to return.

  2. Write the return code and your name clearly on the parcel using a permanent marker. Remove or cover any old shipping labels if necessary.

  3. Take the parcel to a PostNord service point or parcel locker.

  4. Track your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
