Delivery and payment methods
Delivery
We will deliver your order using the delivery method you choose when placing your order. Our deliveries are handled by Posti and Postnord.
Pickup
We are currently not accepting new pickup orders. If you have placed a pickup order earlier, it is still valid. After ordering, you will receive an email notification when your order is available for pickup. We will notify you of possible pickup times by email. The pickup address is Hämeenkatu 14 C 14 (2nd floor) 33100 Tampere. Pickup is free of charge. If you have any questions, please contact store.tampere@uhanadesign.com
Deliveries in Finland
Deliveries are processed within 1-5 business days of order, provided the product is in stock. Please note product-specific extended delivery estimates.
Small Parcel to door
The Small Parcel to door is delivered to the recipient’s door within 2–5 weekdays of the item's arrival at Posti. Posti protects the parcel from the weather if necessary. Depending on the size, the item is delivered to your mail slot or mailbox or to your door. The recipient is informed of the delivery of the item in OmaPosti or by text message/email. You can track the parcel’s progress in OmaPosti or
posti.fi in Item Tracking. If the item cannot be delivered to your door due to reasons not attributable to Posti, it will be taken to be picked up at a pickup point and an electronic notice of arrival will be sent.
- Parcel to door maximum size: 38 x 38 x 28 cm, max. weight 4 kg.
- If the item exceeds the maximum dimensions, it will be taken to a pickup point for pickup.
- The service is not available in the Åland Islands.
PostNord Collection Point (MyPack Collect)
- Delivery to your chosen PostNord pickup point.
- Estimated delivery time 1–3 days from order processing.
- Track your delivery in the PostNord app.
- Some of the parcel machines are located outdoors and are available to you 24 hours a day.
- To use outdoor PostNord Local Boxes, you need the PostNord app.
Your package will be delivered to a PostNord pickup point. You will receive a notification via text message.

PostNord Home Delivery (MyPack Home)
- Delivery to your door at the agreed time.
- Home delivery on weekdays from 8 am to 9 pm. In major cities, real-time tracked deliveries are also available in the evenings.
- Estimated delivery time 1–3 days from order processing.
- Customize your delivery in the PostNord app.
PostNord will deliver to your door at the agreed time to the address you provided.

Shipping costs
Any shipping costs that may be charged for your order depend on the selected shipping method and are automatically added to the total order amount. Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order. Orders over €150 are delivered free of charge in Finland.

Payment methods:
Depending on the payment method, the payment service provider is Paytrail , PayPal or Stripe. The payment service provider appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.
In cases of complaints related to payments, we ask that you primarily contact the selected payment service provider.
Stripe / Paytrail: Most common bank and credit card payments, Applepay, Googlepay
