Delivery

We will deliver your order using the delivery method you choose when placing your order. We collababorate with Postnord on our webstore deliveries. You can also pick your order up from our Studio Shop in Tampere, open every Wednesday between 11-18. The address is Hämeenkatu 14 C 14, 33100 Tampere. 

Studio Shop Pick-up

At our web store checkout page, choose "Pick-up in store" as a delivery method. After placing an order, you will receive a notification to your email when your order is ready for pick-up. Web store orders can be picked up every Wednesday from our Studio Shop, between 11-18. The pick-up address is Hämeenkatu 14 C 14 (2nd floor), 33100 Tampere. Pick-up in store is free of charge. 

Deliveries in Finland

Deliveries are processed within 1-3 business days from ordering for in-stock products. Please note product-specific extended delivery times.

PostNord pickup point (MyPack Collect)

• Delivery to the PostNord service point of your choice.
• Estimated delivery time 1–3 days after order has been processed.
• Follow the delivery with the PostNord app.
• •Some parcel lockers are located outdoors and are available 24 hours a day.
• You need the PostNord app to use the PostNord Lähiboksi outdoor lockers.

Your parcel will be delivered to a PostNord pickup point. You will receive a notification via the app, SMS and/or email when your parcel is ready to be picked up. The person collecting the parcel from the service point must present a valid ID and arrival notification.

PostNord home delivery (MyPack Home)

• Delivery to your door at the agreed time.
• Home delivery on the weekdays 8 am to 9 pm.
• In the largest cities, real-time trackable deliveries also in the evenings.
• Estimated delivery time 1–3 days after order has been processed.
• Modify your delivery as preferred.

PostNord will deliver to your door at the agreed time on the weekdays from 8 am to 9 pm, depending on the delivery area. You will receive a notification via SMS or email. You can change the delivery time or give an authorization to deliver your shipment without a signature via the link in the shipment notification. If you are not on site at the time of delivery, contact PostNord customer service to arrange a new delivery.

Delivery charges

Any delivery costs that may be charged depend on the delivery method chosen and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. Delivery charges include postage and packaging. You can see the delivery charges for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order. For orders over 150€, free delivery is available in Finland.

Payment methods:

Depending on the payment method, the payment service is provided by Paytrail, PayPal or Stripe. The payment service provider appears as the payee on the statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant.

In the event of a complaint regarding a payment, please contact the selected payment service provider in the first instance.
