Prefer to air the product. Try to remove stains locally with Marseille or gall soap. If necessary, wash the washing machine wool wash program at 30 degrees and use a detergent intended for wool detergent. Dry flat to prevent stretching. Store folded and protected from insects. Brush any lint that appears on the surface with a clothes brush if necessary or use a lint trimmer for knitwear.

Uhana Design Oy (Business ID: 2508257-5, address: Hämeenkatu 14 C 14, 33100 Tampere, Finland) sells products to companies and private individuals. These delivery terms apply to orders placed in our online store and to corresponding deliveries.
These delivery terms have been in effect since 23 January 2019. We reserve the right to change these delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review them each time before placing an order in our online store.
Products and Prices
The features and prices of products sold in the online store are presented in connection with each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the applicable prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT). For orders outside the EU, prices will be updated to VAT-free prices in the shopping cart and at checkout.
If a product or size is out of stock, you may join a waiting list and you will be notified by email if the product becomes available again. However, we cannot guarantee that all products or sizes will be restocked. An account will be created for the email address provided for waiting list communication purposes.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs charged for an order depend on the product (e.g. weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method and are automatically added to the total order amount. Delivery costs include postage and packaging. You can see the delivery costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before confirming the order. Orders over €150 qualify for free delivery to a pickup point in Finland.

Ordering and Contract
You can order products through our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and confirming and paying for the contents of the cart via the payment service. By placing an order in our online store, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with and agree to the delivery terms in force at the time. You understand that the order you have accepted and we have confirmed is binding, except as otherwise stated regarding the right of withdrawal, and creates a contract between us in accordance with these delivery terms.
Payment and Payment Methods
Depending on the selected payment method, the payment service provider is Paytrail, PayPal, or Stripe. The payment service provider will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant.
Please note that when ordering with invoice payment, you may be required to pay the invoice before the product is delivered.
In cases of payment-related complaints, we primarily ask you to contact the selected payment service provider.

Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly. The order confirmation also confirms the selected payment method.
If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery
We deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, selected at checkout. Deliveries are handled by PostNord.
Orders are processed in the order they are received within 3–5 business days from the order date if all products in the order are in stock. We use demand-based production, so delivery times may be longer. Always check the delivery time in the product information. All items in an order are delivered together.
Deliveries in Finland
PostNord Parcel Locker
Your order will be delivered to the PostNord parcel locker you selected. You will receive a notification by text message and/or email when the parcel is ready for pickup. You can collect the parcel from the locker using the code provided in the notification. The parcel will be stored in the locker for a limited time, after which it will be returned.
PostNord Pickup Point
Your order will be delivered to the selected PostNord pickup point (e.g. a store or kiosk). You will receive a notification by text message and/or email when the parcel is ready for pickup. Please collect the parcel according to the instructions in the notification. The parcel will be stored at the pickup point for a limited time, after which it will be returned.
PostNord Home Delivery (MyPack Home)
Delivery to your home at an agreed time.
Home delivery on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
In major cities, real-time tracked deliveries are also available in the evenings.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 days after order processing.
You can customize your delivery in the PostNord app.
International Deliveries

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumer customers have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to cancel their order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Custom-made products, such as fabrics cut to measure, do not have a right of exchange or return.
Please notify us of your return by logging into our online store with your email address, where you can view your orders and select the products to be returned. You will then receive return instructions by email. In case of any issues, please contact webstore@uhanadesign.com.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, in saleable condition, and carefully packed for return shipment. If a returned product has been used contrary to the buyer’s statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge a depreciation fee up to the full price of the product, including return costs.
If the returned product was part of a promotion that included a free gift, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition together with the returned product. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.
If the original order value exceeded the free delivery threshold but, after a partial return, the order value falls below the free delivery threshold, delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
If the purchase is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice to the return address provided. The customer must be able to prove that the goods were returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt. If the return conditions are met, the return is free of charge for the customer. Free returns apply to one return shipment only; for multiple return shipments from the same order, a return fee of €7.90 per shipment will be deducted from the refund.
When returning an order, please include your name, contact details, and order number.
We will refund the amount paid for the order to the original payment method in accordance with consumer protection law.
Returns
Returns must be reported via the online store’s return request form or by email to webstore@uhanadesign.com. You will soon receive a return code from PostNord by email or text message, either as a barcode or an eight-digit numeric code.
If you receive a numeric code, you can return the parcel by clearly writing the code (eight digits) and your name on separate lines on the parcel using a permanent marker, and then taking the parcel to a service point or parcel locker. Make sure the original address label is removed or covered. Pack the shipment neatly and securely and ensure, for example with tape, that the package stays closed. Please also ensure that both the customer’s name and order number are included with the return.
Failure to collect an order without submitting a return notice is not considered a return. Customers must take into account the storage times at pickup points. If a parcel is not collected within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. We charge a €15 handling fee for all uncollected parcels.
If you would like us to resend an uncollected parcel, please contact our customer service at webstore@uhanadesign.com. Without contact, uncollected orders will be refunded minus the €15 handling fee.
A parcel returned as a pickup point return can be resent only once.
Returns from outside Finland: please contact our customer service first at webstore@uhanadesign.com and we will provide further return instructions.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact webstore@uhanadesign.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Inspection of Shipment, Errors, and Problem Situations
Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, does not correspond to your order, or is otherwise defective, please notify our customer service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt so we can agree on how to resolve the issue. In consumer sales, mandatory provisions of Finnish consumer protection law regarding liability for defects are applied.

Limitation of Liability
Uhana Design Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct, or other damage related to the order, delivery, or product, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of Finnish consumer protection law or other mandatory legislation provide otherwise.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes related to your order primarily through mutual agreement, so please contact our customer service first.
If a dispute concerning a consumer transaction cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
