The organic cotton t-shirt has a round neckline, straight cut with side seams, and high-quality heavy knit. The model is oversize and long, so if you want a more fitting shirt, choose 1 or 2 sizes smaller than normal.
The shirt is an EarthPositive product, the carbon footprint of which has been researched to be about 90% smaller than that of the usual equivalent. EarthPositive products are Climate Neutral products.

Uhana Design Oy (Y ID: 2508257-5, address: Hämeenkatu 14 C 14, 33100 Tampere) sells products to companies and individuals. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.
Our delivery conditions are valid from 23 January 2019. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. Product prices are shown including VAT. When ordering outside the EU, the product prices are updated to VAT-free in the shopping cart and at checkout.
If the product or size is out of stock, you can join the waiting list and then you will receive a notification by email if the product becomes available. However, we cannot guarantee that all products or sizes will be added. A user account for waiting list communication will be created for the email address given for the waiting list.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order. Orders over €150 have free delivery to a pick-up point in Finland.

Ordering and contract
You can order products on the homepage of our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.
Payment and payment methods
Depending on the payment method, the payment service provider is Paytrail , PayPal or Stripe. The payment service provider appears as the recipient of the payment on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.
In cases of complaints related to payments, we ask that you primarily contact the selected payment service provider.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so please make sure that the e-mail address is written correctly. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.
If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery
We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose when placing your order. Postnord is responsible for deliveries.
Orders are processed in order, within 1-3 business days, if all items are in stock. Please note product-spesific possible exteded delivery times.
Deliveries in Finland
PostNord Collection Point (MyPack Collect)
- Delivery to the PostNord pick-up point of your choice.
- Estimated delivery time 1–3 days after order has been processed.
- Track the delivery in the PostNord app.
- Some of the parcel machines are located outside and are available to you around the clock.
- You need the PostNord app to use the outdoor PostNord Lähiboksi.
Your package will be delivered to a PostNord collection point. You will receive a notification via text message
and/or by email when the package is available for pickup. Shipping at the service point

Right of cancellation and return conditions
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumer customers have the right to cancel the order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Made-to-order products, such as cut-to-measure fabrics, do not have the right to exchange or return.
Notify us of your return by logging into our online store with your e-mail address, where you can see the orders you have placed and select the products to return. After this, you will receive instructions for sending back to your e-mail. In case of problems, please contact webstore@uhanadesign.com
The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and in salable condition, and well packed for return shipping. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge a discount up to the full price of the product, including return costs.
If the product to be returned was part of a campaign in which a free product was received at the time of purchase, this free product must be returned together with the product in its original condition. If the free product is not returned, we will deduct the price of the product from the refund of the returned product.
If the value of the original order has exceeded the free delivery limit, but after a partial return the value of the order remains below the free limit, the delivery costs will be deducted from the return.
If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice to our Return address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt. If the return conditions are met, the return is free of charge for the customer. The free return only applies to one return shipment, for multiple return shipments of the same order, we will deduct the return costs of €7.90/shipment from the refund of the order.
When returning a delivered order, include your name, contact information and order number.
Accordingly, we return the money you paid for the order to the original payment method in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Not picking up the order without a return notification is not a product return. The customer must take into account the package storage times at the pick-up point. If the package is not picked up within the storage period, the package will be returned to the sender. We charge a handling fee of €15 for all undelivered packages.
If you want us to send the undelivered package again, please contact our customer service: webstore@uhanadesign.com . Without contacting you, uncollected orders will be refunded and the €15 processing fee will be deducted from this refund.
A package returned as an office return can be sent again at most once.
Return from outside Finland: Please contact our customer service first webstore@uhanadesign.com and we will give more detailed instructions for the return.
Exchanges
If you want to change the product you ordered, please contact webstore@uhanadesign.com. We make exchanges according to availability. We do not charge a handling fee for the exchange. You can also exchange your online order at Uhana Studio Shop on Wednesdays from 11 am to 6 pm (address Hämeenkatu 14 C 14, 33100 Tampere. Always contact us in advance when you plan to exchange a product.
Checking the shipment, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Limitation of liability
Uhana Design Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the aforementioned, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.
Disagreements
We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ) for resolution. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service ( www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi ).
